We are seeking an experienced Java & Python Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing scalable applications using Java, Python, Django, and AWS. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on development expertise along with experience in cloud-based application development, technical leadership, and team management. The role involves driving end-to-end development, ensuring application quality and performance, managing technical delivery, and mentoring engineering teams.
