Kondor Developer – Treasury & Capital Markets

We are looking for an experienced Finastra Kondor Developer with robust technical expertise in Kondor+ development, customization, integration, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the Kondor suite and a solid understanding of Treasury & Capital Markets products and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance Finastra Kondor+ applications to support Treasury & Capital Markets business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain KTP (Kondor Trade Processing) components, interfaces, reports, and batch processes.
- Configure and support Kondor+ modules across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
- Develop and support integrations between Kondor+, SWIFT, Core Banking, General Ledger, payment systems, and other downstream applications.
- Perform impact analysis, technical design, coding, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, interface failures, batch processing errors, and performance bottlenecks.




- Work closely with business analysts, treasury users, and functional consultants to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, environment setup, and release management activities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and support procedures.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Finastra Kondor development .
