nWe are looking for a creative and result-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying the right creators, managing collaborations, developing content concepts, and ensuring high-quality content that aligns with the brand's identity and marketing goals.
nKey Responsibilities
nInfluencer Management

- Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.n
- Reach out to influencers for paid and barter collaborations.n
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.n
- Maintain an organized influencer database and campaign tracker.n

nCampaign Execution

- Plan and execute influencer campaigns from onboarding to content publishing.n
- Coordinate product dispatch and ensure timely campaign execution.n
- Follow up with influencers to ensure content is delivered on schedule.n
- Review influencer content before publishing to ensure it meets brand guidelines.n
- Coordinate with the creative and performance marketing teams for campaign success.n

nCreative Direction & Scripting

- Create detailed campaign briefs for influencers.n
- Write scripts, hooks, captions, key messaging, and CTAs for influencer content.n
- Share creative references, mood boards, competitor examples, and content inspiration.n
- Suggest trending reel ideas and content formats relevant to the brand.n
- Guide influencers on product showcasing, storytelling, and brand communication.n
- Ensure the final content aligns with the approved brief and brand guidelines.n
