This role combines hands-on technical leadership, team development, and delivery accountability, ensuring high-quality software is delivered reliably from concept through release.

- Provide technical direction and prioritization to developers, testers, and Technical Team Leadsn
- Deliver high-quality software with predictable timelines and strong engineering disciplinen
- Ensure designs meet architectural standards and quality expectationsn
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early to protect deliveryn
- Partner with Software Project Managers and cross-functional teams to align on scope and prioritiesn
- Drive improvements in testing, automation, and development practicesn
- Mentor and develop engineers,

nWhat You Bring

- 7+ years of software development experience, including technical leadershipn
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and/or Pythonn
- Experience with Windows-based application developmentn
- Solid understanding of testing, software design, and CI/CD practicesn
- Proven ability to deliver complex, high-quality software on schedulen
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skillsn
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experiencen
