Senior Technical Full Stack Engineer
Required Technical Skill Set
Java/J2EE , Spring Framework , and Spring Boot , Angular , React , or similar frameworks, Strong understanding of database design and optimization

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
 Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices using Java technologies for backend and modern frameworks for frontend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in coding and architecture.
 Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud-native architectures
 Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications




 Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, business)
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good-to-Have
 Experience with AI/ML or data products
 Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
 Familiarity with compliance and security standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR)
 Product certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, Protected)
