We're hiring a Software Engineer – Backend to join our team remotely from India. Company Description Clothing Tech LLC, based in Austin, Texas (United States), was founded in 2019 in a joint venture with Hexagon AB, with a vision to empower Brands and Manufacturers to speed up product development. Hexagon AB is a Sweden based global leader in industrial technology providing digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software and autonomous technologies across 50 countries since 1992. Location: India — Remote Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate or within 1 week About the Role We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to own and improve critical backend systems built on the Microsoft technology stack. You will work across C#/.NET services, REST APIs, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and Azure DevOps CI/CD. This is a high-ownership role with limited day-to-day technical handholding. We need someone who can understand existing systems, diagnose issues independently, make sound technical decisions, and drive work through completion.



Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET Design, maintain, and troubleshoot REST APIs and integrations Manage and improve Azure resources and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and data-access patterns Diagnose production issues across applications, databases, cloud infrastructure, and deployments Improve reliability, scalability, monitoring, performance, and deployment processes Contribute to backend architecture and technical decision-making Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and operational issues Required experience C# and .NET ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core Microsoft Azure Azure DevOps and CI/CD SQL Server REST API development Git Production backend troubleshooting Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
