nWe at Coforge are hiring Solution Architect with the following skillset:

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Lead solution strategy for strategic pursuits and shape win themes, differentiators, and overall proposal narrative.n
- Architect integrated solutions across AI, Cloud, Data, Digital Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, Quality Engineering, and BPS.n
- Drive collaboration across Sales, Delivery, Industry Teams, HR, Finance, and Legal to develop competitive, scalable, and commercially viable solutions.n
- Embed AI-led innovation, automation, analytics, and transformation frameworks into customer proposals.n
- Own commercial solutioning, estimation, pricing strategy, business case development, and deal profitability.n
- Lead client interactions including proposal discussions, due diligence, BAFOs, and executive presentations.n
- Manage bid governance, risk assessments, leadership reviews, and win-room execution.n




- Mentor and guide a small team of solutioning professionals.n

nWhat We're Looking For
n
- n
- 15+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to large IT services deals and enterprise solutioning.n
- 7-10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, consulting, or bid management.n
- Robust understanding of Applications, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and Digital Transformation.n
- Experience creating integrated solutions across multiple service lines and industry domains.n
- Strong commercial acumen, deal pricing, estimation, and business case development skills.n
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.n
- Ability to confidently engage with CXOs and lead strategic customer discussions.n

nPreferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology.n
- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.n
