nRole Overview
nAs a Senior/Lead Microsoft Fabric Power BI Developer, you will play a critical role in a strategic enterprise-wide reporting modernisation initiative. You will be responsible for analyzing existing Crystal Reports, understanding complex business logic, and designing scalable Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions across Discovery, Pilot, and multiple Execution Waves.

nThe ideal candidate combines robust data visualization expertise with deep knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI architecture, and report migration methodologies.

nKey Responsibilities
n* Analyze and interpret existing Crystal Reports, formulas, and business logic.
n* Design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.




n* Lead report migration activities from Crystal Reports to Power BI.
n* Develop data transformation solutions using Power Query and Dataflows Gen2.
n* Build and manage Microsoft Fabric solutions including Lakehouses, Notebooks, and Pipelines.
n* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and validate migrated solutions.
n* Create and maintain control tables, metadata-driven frameworks, and governance standards.
n* Ensure adherence to enterprise data architecture, security, and reporting standards.
n* Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the project team.
