TCS Hiring for Oracle HCM Payroll
Exp: 7+Years
Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Pune/Bhuwaneswar
Technical Skills:
- Candidate should have a positive knowledge of Oracle HCM Payroll Module.
- Candidate should have a good exposure in HCM Extracts (Outbounds)
- Exposure in Fusion Business Process Management (BPM), Approval workflow will be PLUS
- Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
- Hands on experience with Fusion Reporting tools like BIP and OTBI.
- Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR is must.
- Experience on Inbound / Outbound Payroll Interfaces will be preferred

Experience Required :
- Provide configuration training and consultation on best practices, short-term impacts and long-term considerations
- Provide technical guidance and consultation on Integrations, Conversion, Security and Reporting.
- Provide recommendations towards cross-platform configuration choices that optimize the employee experience
