Job Summary
nThe Senior Technical Lead in salesforce apex development is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce development. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions using Salesforce platform to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. The Senior Technical Lead will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and drive innovation in Salesforce development.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Lead and mentor a team of salesforce developers in designing and implementing solutions on the salesforce platform
n2. Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex, visualforce pages, and lightning components
n3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective and scalable solutions
n4. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables
n5. Manage integrations with third-party systems and tools to enhance salesforce functionality
n6.



Stay updated on salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
n7. Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their salesforce development skills
nSkill Requirements
n1. In-depth knowledge of salesforce platform including salesforce apex, visualforce, lightning components, and salesforce declarative tools
n2. Proficiency in developing and customizing salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
n3. Strong understanding of salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities
n4. Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project delivery
n5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams
