Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Developer with hands-on experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) , Large Language Models (LLMs) , and AI application development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade GenAI solutions leveraging modern AI frameworks, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral , etc.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge management and intelligent search solutions.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants, and document intelligence solutions.




- Integrate AI applications with structured and unstructured data sources.
- Implement prompt engineering, context management, and response optimization techniques.
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus .
- Develop APIs and microservices for AI model integration.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills
- Robust experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG Architecture .
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of Vector Databases and embedding models.
- Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask, or Djang
