Lead Full Stack Developer – Contract - Remote. Experience: 8 –15 Years Location: Remote – India Engagement: Contract Duration: 6+ months, with possibility of extension About the Role We are looking for a Lead Java Full Stack Developer to work on enterprise-scale applications for a global client. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, architecture participation, cloud experience, and team mentoring . Must-Have Skills 8+ years of software development experience Strong Java & Spring Boot Hands-on React.js Strong Microservices & REST APIs Production experience with AWS Experience with Kafka / event-driven architecture Solid SQL/database experience Git and CI/CD Docker/containerization Strong Agile/Scrum experience Experience leading technical design, code reviews,



and mentoring developers Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices . Design and integrate REST APIs and event-driven services. Develop and deploy applications on AWS . Participate in architecture and technical design decisions. Lead code reviews and maintain engineering standards. Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance. Collaborate with Architects, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and business stakeholders. Support Agile delivery, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.
