Job Description:

Core Salesforce Customization:
- Build robust custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows,



Platform Events and other Salesforce platform capabilities following best practices and coding standards.
- Requirement Analysis & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integration Development:
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and middleware platforms where applicable.
- Code Quality & Best Practices:
- Participate in peer code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and provide support for complex production scenarios.
- Agile Delivery:
- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning
