nJob Summary
nThe Professional Couriers is a leading last-mile express logistics service provider with operations across India and internationally. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, client acquisition, revenue growth, and client retention.
nKey Responsibilities

- Generate business leads through field sales and cold calling.n
- Identify and develop profitable business opportunities.n
- Coordinate with delivery executives, branch teams, and territory heads to generate verified business leads.n
- Schedule and attend customer meetings and appointments.n
- Manage client acquisition, onboarding, and retention.n
- Prepare and coordinate quotation approvals, including seal and signature.n
- Ensure consignment data is shared accurately with the Customer Care Department.n
- Handle and escalate customer complaints appropriately.n




- Coordinate with management to address customized client requirements.n
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and track business performance.n
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing and potential clients.n
- Manage and coordinate RFQ response documents for logistics business opportunities.n
- Maintain and update daily and monthly business reports.n
- Coordinate with Branch, Operations, and Customer Care teams to ensure smooth project execution.n
- Drive revenue generation for assigned branches and sectors.n
- Support the annual rate revision process to improve overall revenue.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- n
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Courier, Express Cargo, or Logistics industry.n
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.n
- Fluent in English and Kannada.n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.n
- Solid problem-solving and decision
