Job Summary
nResponsible for managing day-to-day direct and indirect taxation activities, ensuring timely statutory compliances, accurate tax reporting, reconciliations, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, consultants, auditors, and tax authorities.
nKey Responsibilities

- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns and related reconciliations.n
- Prepare and review TDS/TCS calculations, returns, payments and reconciliations.n
- Support income-tax compliance, including advance tax, tax provisions, return preparation and assessments.n
- Perform GST input tax credit reconciliation with books and GST portal data.n
- Monitor tax-related statutory due dates and ensure timely compliance.n
- Assist in preparation of tax workings, schedules, MIS and management reports.n
- Review tax invoices and transactions for compliance with applicable tax laws.n
- Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors and internal finance teams.n
- Assist during GST, income-tax, TDS and other statutory audits/assessments.n




- Respond to tax notices and support preparation of submissions and documentation.n
- Maintain proper tax records, workings, reconciliations and supporting documents.n
- Identify tax compliance gaps and assist in implementing corrective actions.n
- Keep track of changes in GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS and other applicable tax regulations.n
- Support tax planning and provide inputs on the tax implications of business transactions.n

nRequired Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS and Income Tax.n
- Positive understanding of accounting and financial statements.n
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.n
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Tally.n
- Good documentation and communication skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple statutory deadlines independently.n
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.n
