nThe ideal candidate is a senior integration engineer/architect who remains hands-on while providing architectural and technical leadership. The candidate should be comfortable moving between code-level troubleshooting, solution design, production-readiness assessment and client conversations.

- Typically, 8+ years of software, backend or integration engineering experience.n
- At least 3-5 years of experience designing or leading event-driven and API-based enterprise integrations.n
- Prior experience functioning as a Technical Lead, Integration Lead, Senior Backend Engineer or Solution Architect is strongly preferred.n
