What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be
joining CIBC’s Capital Markets Technology group within the US Cash Management-
Global Transactions team. As a Sr. Consultant, Dev Ops, you will leverage deep
expertise in Dev Ops practices, automation, and cloud technologies to drive
transformation, streamline processes, and enable continuous delivery of
high-quality solutions. This role involves close collaboration with
cross-functional teams, providing strategic guidance, hands-on implementation,
and mentorship to accelerate our Dev Ops maturity. At CIBC

have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work
arrangement where you’ll spend 2 days per week on-site, while other days will

You’ll Succeed Dev Ops Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute Dev Ops strategies aligned with organizational objectives; design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure as code. Cloud & Automation: Architect, deploy,



and manage scalable cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible Monitoring & Optimization: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions; proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues. Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
