Technical Competencies :
- Languages: Type Script, Java Script, Python.
- Front-end: React JS, Next JS, Tailwind CSS, design systems, accessibility.
- Back-end: Fast API, Django, Node JS.
- Data: Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB, Redis.
- APIs: REST, Graph QL, g RPC, Web Sockets, Kafka / event-driven patterns.
- Infra & ops: Docker, Kubernetes, NGINX, Git Hub Actions / Jenkins / Argo CD.
- Observability: Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki / ELK.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years owning full-stack systems end to end.
- Proven track record of designing and shipping high-availability, fault-tolerant systems serving real production traffic.
- Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, Java Script / Type Script and React JS / Next JS — including SSR/ISR, routing, state and performance tuning.




- Expert in Python with strong command of Fast API and Django for building production APIs and back-office tooling.
- Robust relational and document database skills — Postgre SQL, My SQL and Mongo DB — including schema design, indexing and query optimization.
- Hands-on with architectural patterns (MVP, MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal) and the judgement to pick the right one for the problem.
- Expert in API lifecycle management across REST, Web Sockets, streaming, g RPC and Graph QL — with versioning, contracts and deprecation strategy.
- Solid OOP, functional and asynchronous programming foundations; comfortable with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD.
- Owns observability for their services — structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing and meaningful SLOs.
- Drives secure coding practices — OWASP Top 10, secrets handling, authentication / authorization patterns and PII handling under DPDP.
