Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven HR Analyst to support People Analytics, HR Operations, and business leaders through meaningful workforce insights and HR systems expertise. In this role, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), managers, and key stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations that support strategic workforce decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and HR systems knowledge, particularly within Workday—to deliver accurate reporting, insightful analysis,



and exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities
Support the administration and maintenance of the Workday system for assigned client groups, including partnering directly with managers to facilitate employee data changes and transactions.
Collect, validate, maintain, and analyze workforce data from Workday and other HR information systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports, dashboards, and analytics under the direction of the People Analytics team and HR Operations leaders.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports that provide insights into key workforce metrics, including hiring, attrition, promotions, internal mobility, and organizational trends.
Translate data into transparent and actionable insights by identifying trends, providing recommendations, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
