What would you do? • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert within HR Operations, performing critical transactions, real time quality checks, and quality audits.



Serves as a key quality and compliance resource between the client and operations team, ensuring adherence to processes, maintaining quality standards, resolving issues, and safeguarding client expectations and operational integrity. • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, • 4 to 6 years of Human Resource Operations experience with strong HR process knowledge. • Hands on experience using workflow management tools such as Oracle. • Experience working with onshore stakeholders and clients with excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Solid knowledge of data privacy, confidentiality, security, and compliance requirements. • Manage transaction queues by prioritizing workload and ensuring efficient service delivery. • Facilitate team huddles to communicate process updates, best practices, performance insights, and improvement opportunities. • Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meeting documenting key di
