We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

Lead Agile delivery as Scrum Master across Scrum and/or SAFe teams, coaching on Agile principles, ceremonies, and ways of working.
Plan and facilitate Sprint (and where applicable PI) events, ensuring goals are transparent, realistic, and protected from scope drift.




Build and maintain integrated delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, constraints, blockers, and critical path.
Remove impediments proactively by coordinating across engineering, QA, architecture, environments, release management, and third parties/vendors.
Coordinate sprints, releases, and cross-team dependencies, keeping delivery aligned to wider programme timelines and outcomes.
Own delivery tracking and reporting in JIRA and Confluence, including dashboards, sprint metrics, burn-down/up, velocity trends, RAID, and executive-ready status reporting.
Drive delivery to challenging timelines via prioritisation, capacity planning, and risk-based decision-making, escalating early when needed.
Own delivery governance for releases and change: manage ServiceNow CRs, CAB readiness, release notes/communications, test sign-offs, ITSA/eITSA, and ensure audit-ready artefacts (evidence, approvals, runbooks, rollback plans).
