About this role:
At AIM, we are at critical moment in our AI transformation journey. This is a unique & exciting chance to define, execute & deliver AIM’s AI transformation roadmap. We are radically evolving the way Analytics is developed & delivered with an AI-first approach. This role, along with a dedicated team of senior AI product leads & engineers,



has the mandate to deliver AI-powered improvement of all Analytics processes and drive significant efficiency, define & build forward looking AI agent integrated Analytics product & capabilities to transform our service delivery model. Key success metrics for this role are:
Design & deliver AI-led transformation of Analytics processes for AIM, in alignment with Citi's enterprise AI direction Drive AI adoption across AIM and align with key stakeholders in business to increase speed-to-market of Analytics solutions & recommendations Continue to evolve AIM processes & capabilities with AI agents Define roadmap, milestones & KPI for AIM’s AI transformation journey – be accountable for success of these KPIs Contribute to enterprise level vision for AI-led transformation of Analytics – support expanding AIM’s AI / AI agent led Analytics process to entire Citi enterprise
