Lead Project Manager – CCaa S Transformation / Genesys Migration We are looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager with 4–5 years of project/programme leadership experience to drive complex Transformation and CCaa S migration initiatives in a large global organization. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end CCaa S Transformation and Genesys migration projects. Manage project planning, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and issues. Drive cutover, migration, implementation and hypercare activities. Coordinate with multiple cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Manage stakeholders, governance, reporting and senior management communication. Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines and quality. Drive transformation initiatives within a structured programme/project environment. Must-Have Skills 4–5 years of experience as a Project Manager / Project Lead.



Strong Transformation Project Management experience. Hands-on CCaa S migration experience. Mandatory Genesys Migration experience. Experience in resource planning, risk mitigation, cutover and hypercare. Experience working in large global/enterprise organizations. Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills. Positive understanding of the Contact Centre domain. Good to Have Genesys Cloud experience. Chatbot / Voicebot exposure. NLU, LLM / Gen AI knowledge. Experience with RM Chat / Whats App. Customer Interaction (C&I;) domain experience.
