We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Management Executive with 1–4 years of experience, preferably within the pharmacy, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical retail industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle, from order processing and inventory coordination to dispatch, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of pharmacy operations, prescription-related order processes, medicine availability, and customer requirements. This role requires excellent coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process customer orders accurately through internal order management systems.
Handle pharmacy-related orders, ensuring medicines and healthcare products are processed as per established procedures.
Verify order details,



product availability, quantities, customer information, and other relevant requirements.
Coordinate with pharmacy, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Monitor the complete order lifecycle from order placement to successful delivery.
Track pending, delayed, cancelled, returned, or failed orders and take appropriate corrective action.
Coordinate with pharmacists and relevant teams regarding prescription requirements, product substitutions, and medicine availability.
Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, cancellations, returns, and customer issues.
Address customer queries related to order status, availability, delivery timelines, replacements, and returns.
Escalate order-related issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
