We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our Front Office team in Mysuru, India. As a GSA, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay with your warm welcome, professional demeanor, and exceptional service. Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive and memorable first impression of our hotel
Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, dining options, and upcoming events to assist guests effectively
Process room reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the hotel property management system (PMS)
Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain precise financial records with transparency
Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and presentable at all times, reflecting our commitment to excellence
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneous
