ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Associate Software Engineer -Salesforce to support Salesforce development, deployment, and maintenance activities across Production and non-Production environments.



This role is ideal for candidates with Salesforce development experience who are eager to develop their technical expertise in Salesforce Communities and application support.
The candidate will work closely with Platform senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality Salesforce solutions and operational support.
Must-Have Skills
Provide day-to-day support for Production and non-Production Salesforce environments of Artemis ( Clinical Artwork tool) within the Amgen Regulated environment.
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform (Aura and/or LWC) and understanding of core Salesforce configuration capabilities.
Experience with MuleSoft, including supporting APIs, monitoring integrations, reviewing logs, and troubleshooting connectivity or data flow issues between Salesforce and external systems like Veeva.
Support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms like Veeva with , MuleSoft as middleware. Monitoring jobs, performing initial issue triage, and escala
