About the Role:
The Assistant Solutions Owner plays a key role within the Editorial Management Solutions (EMS) team, supporting the delivery and enhancement of technology solutions that power editorial and publishing workflows across Wiley's Research Publishing business.
Working closely with Solutions Owners, Associate Directors, and subject matter experts, you will help gather and document business requirements, support testing and implementation activities, and contribute to the successful delivery of products, features, and services that meet customer and business needs.

business processes, and scholarly publishing, helping ensure solutions are scalable, user-focused, and aligned with business objectives. How you will make an impact
Support the collection, review, and documentation of end-user, business, and system requirements for products, features, and services.
Assist in translating business workflow needs into explicit requirements and acceptance criteria.
