The Project Coordinator and Manager position is responsible for supporting clients in planning, executing, and monitoring projects and supporting routine client activities.
Essential Functions:
Collaborating with clients to build project schedules
Scheduling and facilitating team meetings
Preparing team meeting materials and publishing meeting minutes




Routinely communicating with team members to ensure on time completion of project activities and action items
Monitoring project status and escalating project issues to prevent project timeline slippage
Authoring project documentation, such as project Charters, Change Requests, Lessons Learned, Closure Reports, and Status Reports
Assisting project teams with consolidation of team inputs into deliverables such as presentations, periodic reports, metrics, and training materials
Managing SharePoint Sites and other project-related systems
Monitoring mailboxes and archiving communications.
Other duties as assigned.
Necessary Skills and Abilities:
At least 3 years of project coordination and project management experience, including:
o Management of projects for implementing computer systems and software in companies regulated by health authorities, e.g., EMA, MHRA, FDA
o Management of project tasks performed by clients
