Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Associate to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive donor acquisition, campaign visibility, and community engagement. You will work closely with our leadership and creative teams to scale high-performing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and implement optimisation strategies.
Conduct market research and audience analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
Support marketing initiatives for fundraising campaigns,



spiritual events, and community outreach.
Track campaigns and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and analytics.
Practical experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including tracking website performance, pulling campaign and conversion reports, analysing data, and presenting actionable insights to the management team.
Ability to create clear performance reports and dashboards using data from GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, reporting, presentation, and coordination skills.
Experience in managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
