Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from order entry to delivery.
Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet shipment schedules.
Monitor production status and committed delivery dates.
Ensure pricing accuracy, export compliance, and correct Incoterm application.
Arrange shipments and coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
Prepare export documentation and support FTA requirements.
Process order changes and maintain customer master data.
Support other assigned customer service and operations activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, or Export Operations.
Knowledge of export documentation,



international shipping, and Incoterms.
SAP/ERP experience preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
