Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Growth & Retention (KAM) – API Integration role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, ideal for candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience who can join immediately. The role focuses on managing and growing key accounts by understanding client requirements,



ensuring successful API integrations, and driving adoption of eShipz’s logistics automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and tech teams to support integration workflows, monitoring account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing retention strategies. The role also involves providing proactive customer service, resolving client issues, conducting business reviews, and sharing insights to improve customer experience and long-term value.
