Job Profile
We are looking for a technically skilled Service Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in industrial automation, pharmaceutical machinery, packaging machines, inspection systems, serialization/Track & Trace, or similar equipment.
The candidate should have robust hands-on troubleshooting knowledge across Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, Pneumatics, PLC, Industrial Networking, Computer Hardware, Operating Systems, and Database/Software.
The role requires working at customer sites for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, system upgrades, and technical support.

1. Electrical & Electrical Troubleshooting
Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems and control panels.




Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and control schematics.
Hands-on troubleshooting of 24V DC, AC/DC power supplies, MCB, MCCB, relays, contactors, fuses, SMPS, terminals, and control circuits.
Ability to use a multimeter for voltage, current, continuity, resistance, and signal checking.
Troubleshooting of power supply, wiring, cable, grounding, and electrical control issues.
Basic understanding of electrical safety and industrial machine electrical systems.
2. Electronics & Hardware
Troubleshooting of electronic control boards, interface cards, I/O modules, communication cards, and power supply modules.
Understanding of digital and analog signals.
Troubleshooting of PC hardware, RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, power supply, network cards, and peripherals.
Ability to identify faulty electronic/electrical modules and replace or test components.
Understanding of USB, Ethernet, serial communication, and other hardware interfaces.
