Key Responsibilities

We are looking for Sales support Engineer for substation automation solutions, Cloud based enterprise applications, Relays and Medium voltage Products which will encompass the technical skills for:

Support sales and business development activities by identifying opportunities and preparing techno-commercial proposals for Protection Relays, and Substation Automation Systems (SAS)
Assist customers and sales teams in product selection, solution configuration, and technical discussions based on project requirements.




Prepare BOQs/BOMs, technical offers, datasheets, and compliance statements.
Support product promotion, customer presentations, training, and technical demonstrations for protection and automation solutions.
Coordinate with customers, channel partners, sales, and engineering teams to ensure timely offer submission and project support.
Analyze technical and commercial data to support costing, bid management, market development, and business growth initiatives.
Analyze technical and commercial data using Excel, Power BI, and internal tools to support costing, market opportunities, and business growth initiatives

Requirements

Education background: Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science
1-3 years of relevant experience
Understanding of customer needs for developing a Substation Automation System (SAS), Cloud platforms and other Digitalization solutions relevant to Electrification and
