Role Description The Executive Sales Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in Raghunathpur, with a mix of in-office responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility.



This role involves leading and developing a sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to achieve business objectives for Bajaj Life’s insurance products. The Executive Sales Manager will drive new customer acquisition, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and support distribution partners to increase market penetration.
