Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive – Telecalling role based in Guwahati. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining rooftop solar solutions,



and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will follow up on inquiries, maintain detailed records of customer interactions, and support the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to appointment scheduling. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, providing accurate information about products, schemes, and pricing, and coordinating with field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. The role also requires meeting defined targets, adhering to scripts and compliance guidelines and contributing feedback to improve sales processes.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and drive conversions.
