We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis.

Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of account for clients and for the firm — sales, purchases, expenses, bank entries, journal vouchers and ledger scrutiny.
Perform bank, vendor, customer and inter-company reconciliations and resolve open items.
Handle GST compliance — computation of monthly liability, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings, input tax credit reconciliation with GSTR-2B, and annual return support.
Compute and deposit TDS/TCS, file quarterly returns and issue Form 16/16A.
Assist in advance tax workings, income tax return filings and preparation of data for assessments and notices.
Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow statements and management reports for clients.
Assist in finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements as per Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013.
Coordinate with audit teams — collate schedules, supporting doc
