We are inviting applications from CA Article Assistants and CS Trainees who want hands-on exposure across audit, valuation,



taxation and corporate law rather than being confined to a single desk.

Roles & Responsibilities — CA Article Assistants
Assist in statutory, tax and internal audits of companies, LLPs, trusts and AIFs.
Prepare and file income tax returns, TDS returns and GST returns; assist in assessment and litigation support.
Assist on valuation assignments — DCF and net-asset workings, industry and comparable-company research, and preparation of working papers.
Support accounting, MIS and book-closure assignments, including finalisation of financial statements
Assist in due diligence, certification work and foreign remittance certifications.
Maintain audit documentation and working papers in line with firm and regulatory standards.

Roles & Responsibilities — CS Trainees / Interns
Assist in secretarial compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 — incorporations, ROC/MCA filings and maintenance of statuto
