About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our vibrant entertainment team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative of our brand, driving ticket sales, promoting events, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across our entertainment venues. Your ability to engage with diverse audiences, understand customer needs, and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting event attendance. Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through face-to-face, phone, and digital channels to promote and sell event tickets and packages.
Provide detailed information about entertainment offerings, including show schedules, pricing, seating options, and special promotions.
Utilize analytical thinking to identify customer preferences and recommend tailored event experiences.
Manage client inquiries and reservations with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Coordinate with event coordinators, marketing teams, and venue staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming entertainment events, promotions, and policies.
