About The Role

We are seeking a Zuora Billing Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support for Zuora Billing applications. The role focuses on Zuora Billing, ServiceNow, incident and problem management, billing operations, integrations, and production troubleshooting. The engineer will collaborate with business users, Zuora administrators, Salesforce teams, integration teams, and finance systems to maintain reliable billing operations.

Job Description

The role involves supporting production environments and resolving incidents, service requests, and billing-related issues through ServiceNow. The engineer will troubleshoot billing failures, payment processing issues, invoice generation, subscription amendments, and revenue-related transactions while meeting agreed SLA timelines.

The position requires analysis of application logs, integrations, and data across Zuora, Salesforce, middleware, and finance systems.



The engineer will perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes for recurring problems, and support month-end and quarter-end billing activities.

The role also includes ticket triaging, prioritization, escalation management, release validation, post-deployment monitoring, documentation, operational reporting, and on-call support when required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Zuora Billing applications.
Manage incidents, service requests, and problem management activities through ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot billing failures, payments, invoices, subscription amendments, and revenue-related transactions.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Analyze logs, integrations, and data involving Zuora, Salesforce, middleware, and finance systems.
Support month-end and quarter-end billing activities while maintaining SLA compliance.
