ADULT VACCINE BUSINESS LEAD
REPORTING TO: ADULT VACCINE BUSINESS HEAD
BACKGROUND
In April 2023 GSK India launched the global asset – Adult Vaccine in India
The success of this launch will determine the success of GSK India, not just in the Adult Vaccines Category but will impact the launch prospects for all future cutting-edge global assets in India
KEY DELIVERABLES OF ADULT VACCINE BUSINESS LEAD
As an ‘ADULT VACCINE BUSINESS LEAD, you will be responsible for facilitating the identification and onboarding a minimum of :30 ‘high end’ Cardio HCPs per Direct Report (Product Specialist) ADULT VACCINE USER (HCP controls Vx journey of patients) within 4-6 months and continue to expand width and depth of such accounts thereafter
Focus: High End Cardiologist, Consulting Diabetologist, Cardio Physician, Endocrinologist, Nephrologists / Transplant surgeons, Internists, Rheumatologists, Gastroenterologists, Hematologists, ID Specialists, and Top End Pulmonologists
This would entail enabling your team on the therapy knowledge on vaccinology especially Cardiology therapy area related to Shingles; educating HCP’s about the significant role of Adult Vaccine in protecting their patients and their families; explaining the commercials and how that can help build an Adult Vaccination Practice (AVAX) practice; supporting HCP with relevant marketing material, patient outreach programs, customizing key marketing messages/communication to customer based on their profile and effectively driving in-clinic discussion; and establishing an end-to-end vaccination ecosystem for HCP practice right from ordering to vaccination
As an ‘ADULT VACCINE BUSINESS LEAD’ you will also be required to engage local leadership of Premium Diagnostic, Pharmacy, Corporate Hospital Chains to establish “Vaccination Clinics” for walk in patients/ consumers
Ensure development and implementation of multi-channel business plans to achieve business objectives and support the team through coaching
