About Skate Supply India:
Skate Supply India is building the next generation of skateboarding culture in India. We operate at the intersection of skateboarding, streetwear, youth culture, lifestyle and consumer brands. We're still early, which means we're not interested in doing what everyone else is doing and calling it a content strategy.

We're looking for someone who understands that social isn't just a distribution channel. It's where the brand gets its personality, relevance and cultural currency.

The Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can own SSI's social presence end-to-end.

Someone who can spot a cultural moment, understand why it matters, turn a half-baked thought into a solid idea, get it executed quickly, and know when something simply doesn't have enough taste.

This isn't a role where you'll receive a perfectly written brief, send it to an agency, approve the creative and update a content calendar. You'll be working in a small, early-stage team with limited resources,



imperfect information and a lot of room to experiment.

So if you need everything defined before you start, this probably isn't the role for you.

What You'll Own
Own the day-to-day social media strategy and execution across Instagram and other relevant platforms
Build a distinct SSI voice and visual/content language across social
Develop content pillars, formats and recurring series that people actually want to follow
Ideate, script, brief, shoot and/or coordinate Reels, static content, Stories, carousels and community-led content
Turn product launches, skate sessions, events, collaborations and community moments into content ecosystems rather than one-off posts
Stay deeply plugged into skateboarding, streetwear, music, youth culture, internet culture and emerging formats
Identify trends early and, more importantly, understand which trends are worth participating in and which aren't
Work closely with design
