Why this role exists
Every campaign lives or dies on one thing: did we put the right creators in front of the brand? This role is that first, critical filter. You'll be the person who reads a brief, gets inside the brand's head, and comes back with a creator list so sharp that the brand looks at it and just says yes. If you love the hunt - scrolling, spotting, shortlisting, and knowing instinctively who fits what, this is built for you.
What youʼll do
Decode briefs fast, go beyond the brief document to understand what the brand is actually trying to achieve.
Identify and source relevant creators across Instagram and YouTube based on brand and campaign requirements
Build creator lists across mass, premium, and marquee campaigns (think OTT and Bollywood-scale activations, not just volume drives)
Reach out to creators, introduce LehLah, and build solid creator relationships
Guide creators through the onboarding process and ensure timely completion of requirements KYC, contracts, platform onboarding, etc.)
Maintain creator databases, track outreach + onboarding status,
and follow up regularly
Continuously build and deepen LehLahʼs creator pool, always scouting, always adding, never starting from zero
Own creator negotiations, pricing conversations grounded in views, engagement quality, credibility, and the actual ask of the deliverable (not just rate cards)
Work like a procurement pro, getting the best value for the brand without compromising on fit
What success looks like
Your core KPI is simple to say and hard to nail: a high creator-selection rate, the brand picking the majority of the creators you put forward. Thatʼs the real test of whether you understood the brief and the brand, not just whether you sent a list.
What weʼre looking for
12 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, talent acquisition, or a similar role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills (youʼre comfortable with outreach + follow-ups)
