Role Description The PYP Facilitator HRT (Grade 1 to 5) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The facilitator will plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme framework, integrating transdisciplinary themes and real-world connections. Daily responsibilities include designing learning experiences, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback,



and maintaining detailed documentation of learning outcomes. The role involves creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues on unit planning and school initiatives, and communicating regularly with parents and guardians about student growth. The facilitator is also expected to participate in professional development, school events, and contribute to the broader learning culture of TSRA.
Qualifications
Solid classroom facilitation skills for Grades 1 to 5, including lesson planning, differentiated instruction, and student-centered learning approaches.
Experience with IB PYP or inquiry-based curriculum frameworks, including unit planning, concept-driven teaching, and formative and summative assessments.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
