Job Summary
We are looking for an AI Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, performance marketing, data analytics, client handling, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-performance digital campaigns, analyzing campaign data, managing budgets, preparing reports, handling clients, and managing the performance of the digital marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads & Campaign Management
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and other relevant formats.




Develop digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels aligned with business objectives.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy optimization, and bid management.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better ROI and conversions.
2. Performance Monitoring & Data Analytics
Analyze campaign data, traffic, conversions, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Track customer acquisition, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing of landing pages, ad copies, CTAs, and campaign strategies.
3. Client Handling & Account Management
Act as a key point of contact for clients and maintain solid professional relationships.
Understand client requirements, campaign objectives, and business goals.
