Report to Sr. Program/Project Manager, Digital Customer Experience, you as a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing cross-functional digital projects, technology platforms, vendors, and operational processes. This position requires strong project management and collaboration skills to coordinate work across internal teams and external partners.



The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, improve processes, and quickly adapt to changing business and technology needs.
About the Job:
Independently lead complex, cross-functional digital projects from planning through completion, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate across Marketing, IT, business teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive projects forward.
Provide clear project status reporting and proactively communicate risks, issues, decisions, and next steps.
Manage external agencies, vendors, and technology partners, including deliverables, performance, issue resolution, and ongoing improvement.
Help manage and optimize digital marketing platforms to ensure we are maximizing capabilities, adoption, and overall value.
