Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Support Engineer / SME with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, networking, security, virtualization, and automation. The candidate will be responsible for managing complex infrastructure environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing high-quality client support.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD, AVD, Networking, Automation, Conditional Access, ExpressRoute, and Office 365 Administration.
Advanced Windows Server Administration across 2016/2019/2022 environments.
Hands-on experience with AD Architecture, GPO, DNS/DHCP, DFS, Certificate Services, and PowerShell automation.
Expert-level Windows desktop troubleshooting and endpoint management using Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM/MECM.
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, OSPF, BGP basics, subnetting, wireless enterprise design, and WAN optimization.




Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate, including firewall policies, SD-WAN, VPN, IPS/IDS, and HA configurations.
Experience with Cisco Meraki and Cisco IOS networking, including switching, routing, and ACLs.
Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi and virtualization, including capacity planning, performance tuning, migration, and host management.
Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills with proven ability to reduce manual operational effort.
Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms such as PRTG, Datadog, Azure Monitor, and LogicMonitor.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
Manage client communication, expectations, escalations, and complex technical issues professionally.
Manage multiple priorities across clients and team responsibilities.
