We are scaling our core technology platform, which combines prospect tracking, application management, CV scoring, online assessment preparation, HireVue practice, AI mock interviews and personalised performance analytics.

A major part of our roadmap is a reusable, multi-module assessment engine that allows our non-technical team to create and deploy custom-scored psychometric, cultural, numerical, verbal and skills-based assessments without requiring engineering intervention.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced,



highly autonomous Technical Lead or Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of our technology architecture and lead our existing team of three developers.

You will inherit a rapidly evolving platform developed using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, n8n and AI-assisted development tools including Codex and Replit.

The platform currently runs within a Docker/VPS environment. You will be responsible for stabilising and strengthening the existing codebase, improving engineering governance and leading its migration towards a secure, scalable AWS Serverless architecture backed by Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be expected to write and review production code, make architectural decisions, manage delivery and help the team maintain a predictable weekly release cycle.
