Role Description
The Personal Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks, including managing diaries and schedules,



coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. The role involves preparing documents and reports, arranging travel and accommodation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. The Personal Assistant will also handle clerical activities such as filing, data entry, and basic office coordination, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This position requires a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks and anticipating executive needs in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess atleast 1 year of experience Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including experience supporting senior leaders.
