Position: Customer Support Executive-Inspection
Location: Sultanpur, New Delhi (Landmark - MG Road, Near Chattarpur)
Job Type: Full time
Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Responsibilities-
• Inspect and evaluate customer articles (sneakers, footwear, handbags, and luxury
accessories) to determine required services and provide accurate estimates.




• Communicate service options clearly to customers and upsell additional restoration
or protection services where appropriate.
• Develop technical expertise in luxury brands and restoration techniques to enhance
service suggestions.
• Coordinate with the backend workshop team and technicians to ensure accurate
processing of customer articles.
• Support the customer support team by providing rough estimates for online queries
received by the sales team.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers via chat and phone to explain
inspection results and service procedures.
• Ensure high-quality client handling with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury brands, restoration methods, and
customer care best practices.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and
customer-friendly approach.
