Position: Production Engineer
Location: Sector 11, Noida
Industry: Transformer Manufacturing
Salary: ₹50,000/month (In Hand)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily transformer production and achieve targets.
Handle manpower, machines, materials & production workflow.
Ensure production as per drawings, quality & process standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Testing, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance & PPC.
Monitor production efficiency, rejection, rework & wastage.
Maintain production reports and implement 5S, Kaizen & Lean practices.

Required Skills:
Transformer Manufacturing & Shop-Floor Operations
Production Planning & Team Management
Drawing Reading & Process Control
Quality Control & Troubleshooting
5S, Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing
MS Excel & Production Reporting

Mandatory: 5+ years of relevant Transformer Manufacturing experience.
